Our show this week will open a window to many of you to the impact our local government can have on property owners. From protecting the Mortgage Tax Deduction to supporting tax caps and mandate relief in effort to control skyrocketing property taxes, these are just some of the issues at hand. Our guest is Mike Kelly and he is the Director of Government Affairs for NYSAR (New York State Assoc. of Realtors). Mike spends his time in Albany representing the 45,000 Realtors of New York making sure our lawmakers know the impact of their actions from a Realtor's perspective.
