With the onset of spring and optimism in the real estate market we are beginning to see buyers seeking land for them to build a new home. This is part of the market that has had very little movement over the last few years so I thought we would talk about the process on our radio show this week. Our guest is Pete Economos who is a custom home builder and owner of Custom Modular Homes based in Kingston. He shares his experience and knowledge in this area which begins before you cut the first tree and ends with the moving van.
