I am currently working with buyers who are looking at homes that are in FEMA flood plains (which have been expanded recently). For anyone who lives near or on the water, this is going to impact them in one way or another. Obviously for those who live along the coast will feel the impact of these changes more than anyone, but we have a lot of people who live along the Esopus and Rondout Creeks, the Wallkill, and others nearby.
